Evergreen Management Adds Two Ohio Memory Care Communities to Growing Portfolio

TOLEDO, OH, UNITED STATES, September 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Evergreen Management, a national senior living operator with a portfolio spanning independent living, assisted living and memory care, today announced the addition of two dedicated memory care communities in Ohio: The Auberge at River Oaks in Miamisburg and The Auberge at Greenfield Estates in Akron. The additions grow Evergreen’s portfolio from 66 to 68 senior living communities nationwide.

The additions expand Evergreen’s specialized memory care platform, introduce The Auberge brand to Ohio and further strengthen the company’s presence in the state.

The Auberge at River Oaks, located at 2961 W. Spring Valley Pike in Miamisburg, provides specialized care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The community features landscaped grounds, secure outdoor areas and welcoming shared spaces designed to promote comfort, connection and engagement among residents, families and friends.

The Auberge at Greenfield Estates, located at 3522 Commercial Drive in Akron, offers a supportive environment designed specifically for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Its single-story layout allows for comfortable navigation, while private and companion accommodations, natural light and a secure central courtyard provide opportunities for both privacy and social engagement.
With the addition of the two Ohio communities, Evergreen’s Auberge portfolio now includes 13 dedicated memory care communities, expanding the brand’s presence beyond Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin.

The growth follows Evergreen’s significant national expansion in August 2025, when the company acquired operations of 57 senior living communities across 11 states, including 53 Arden Courts specialized memory care communities.
