Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Escape Fire Protection Inc. (“EFP”) by private equity sponsor Hidden Harbor Capital Partners.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, EFP is a regional fire, life & safety provider serving commercial and industrial customers across Minnesota and the broader Midwest. The company designs, installs, inspects and maintains fire sprinkler systems and related life safety solutions.
