Appointment Performance is now available on Shopify POS and Cegid POS, connecting booked visits to the revenue they generate in store.

Retailers have always known booked visits perform better. What they could not do was put a number on it at the register. Now the digital team and the store team look at the same revenue figure”

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA, November 3, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Booxi, the appointment, event, and queue management platform for omnichannel retail brands, has made Appointment Performance available on Shopify POS and Cegid POS. Retailers can now see what their appointments sell, store by store, as Booxi matches in-store sales to the appointments that preceded them.

Retail Reporting Dies at the Store Door.

Digital teams can follow a customer until the moment they book, then reporting goes dark. The visit happens, the sale happens, and neither connects back to the appointment. Store leaders see which locations take the most appointments, not which ones turn them into sales. Booked traffic is the part of store revenue retailers can already identify, and it converts at 70% against under 20% for walk-in traffic, with an average basket 30% higher after an appointment, according to Booxi’s Voice of Appointment report. Until now, none of that showed up as an attributed number in the POS.

What Appointment Performance Reports

Appointment Performance pairs a POS transaction with the Booxi appointment that preceded it. Retailers see appointment revenue, average transaction value, units per transaction, and sales rate, broken down by store and staff member.

The numbers hold up because the operational layer underneath them is structured. Each Booxi appointment records who booked, in which store, and with which advisor, as data instead of intuition, which is what makes the revenue figure defensible in a budget review rather than an estimate.

From operational reporting to a revenue conversation

Store teams have long been measured on operational indicators: fill rate, wait time, service consistency. Those metrics explain how a store runs, not what it earns. Attaching revenue to booked visits moves the store conversation from activity to contribution, which is the language budget decisions are made in.

The first retailers are starting deployments on both POS integrations now. For them, a booked visit stops being an entry in a calendar and becomes a line in the revenue report.
