Industry veteran to support CPG’s next phase of growth and operational execution across mission-critical infrastructure markets.

ASHBURN, Va., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CPG, a leading provider of mission-critical infrastructure solutions, today announced the appointment of Russ Morrissey as President, effective October 1, 2026. In this role, Morrissey will report directly to Keith Lambert, Chief Executive Officer, and will lead day-to-day operations, execute strategic priorities, drive growth, and strengthen operational and financial performance across the business.

Morrissey brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the data center, mission-critical infrastructure, engineering, and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Schneider Electric’s North America Regional Application Center, where he led a team of more than 100 professionals responsible for applications engineering, solution development, and contract negotiation and management supporting more than $6 billion in annual business. During his 15-year tenure with Schneider Electric, he held multiple executive leadership positions and helped drive growth across the company’s data center design-build offerings and prefabricated power solutions businesses.

Prior to Schneider Electric, Morrissey served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Lee Technologies, where he helped lead the company through significant growth and its successful acquisition by Schneider Electric in 2011. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a transactional attorney with Pillsbury Winthrop in Washington, D.C.

Morrissey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He currently resides between Virginia and South Carolina with his wife and enjoys spending time with their four adult children.
