NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — — Fetch Pet Insurance announced today the launch of Fetch Online Vet powered by Vetster, the award-winning pet health platform, giving Fetch Pet members a first-of-its-kind virtual veterinary care experience. Available exclusively for Fetch Pet members directly through the app, this new vet experience is included at no additional cost, allowing members to connect with veterinary care professionals for everyday pet health questions and concerns without upfront costs or filing a claim themselves.
Fetch Pet partnered with Vetster to make virtual veterinary care easier to access for common concerns that can occur between regular clinic visits. Fetch Pet is simplifying the typical reimbursement process for televet care, so Fetch Pet members do not need to pay an upfront cost or file a claim for appointments booked through Fetch Online Vet powered by Vetster. Fetch Pet and Vetster take care of the administrative work on the member’s behalf, tracking against the member’s $1,000 annual limit for televet service.

How It Works
Fetch Online Vet powered by Vetster, gives Fetch Pet members four video vet appointments each year and unlimited chat with veterinary care professionals. Members can use the service to connect with Vetster veterinarians for prescriptions and refills, nutrition, behavioral and general wellness, as well as support for common concerns such as allergies, skin irritation, vomiting or diarrhea, and minor cuts and wounds.
The service gives pet parents an alternative way to access veterinary support when getting to a clinic is difficult, whether due to transportation, mobility, scheduling, or a pet’s anxiety around vet visits.
