KSHSAA Partners with The Good Game to Power Interscholastic Activities Across Kansas High Schools

The Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) and The Good Game announced a new partnership designed to support a safer, more compliant and centralized approach to interscholastic activities. The partnership brings together KSHSAA’s statewide network of schools, administrators, students, and families with The Good Game’s sports technology platform to simplify registration, participation, and activity administration.
The Good Game gives KSHSAA member schools and families a trusted resource for what happens off the field, connecting them with the camps, clinics, lessons and staffing that support Kansas interscholastic activities outside of day-to-day competition. This partnership brings access to a marketplace of verified and background-checked officials, trainers, coaches and more, minimizing administrative burden and organizational risk for schools and helping ensure a safer and more trusted experience for everyone participating.
As part of the first phase of partnership, the KSHSAA is now using The Good Game to conduct verified background checks for KSHSAA-registered athletic officials, strengthening its ongoing commitment to providing safe, trusted experiences for member schools.

About the KSHSAA
The KSHSAA is a private/non-profit association of accredited member schools, whose purpose is to administer a program of interscholastic activities, festivals, clinics and contests among member schools. The KSHSAA offers state championships in 24 boys and girls sports, and additional championships in eSports, music activities, debate, speech and drama, and scholars bowl. Of particular importance are efforts to elevate standards of good sportsmanship and to encourage growth of good citizenship among students and spectators.
The Association is comprised of 348 senior high and 408 middle/junior high member schools. Member schools must be accredited by the KSDE and are both public and private schools.
